News:
- Eighteenth Century Collections Online - the Library catalogue now contains over 136,000 records for 18th century imprints available in full text from Gale. This full text collection is an ongoing project based on The English Short Title Catalogue, a union list of the holdings of the British Library, as well as those from more than 1,500 university, private and public libraries worldwide. Part 1 represents 136,000 titles published between 1701-1800 in Great Britain and the Americas.
- Early English Books Online - the Library catalogue now contains over 111,000 records for titles in ProQuest's Early English Books Online database. This comprises facsimile page images of virtually every work printed in England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales and British North America and works in English printed elsewhere from1473-1700. - RSS feeds have been reintroduced in the catalogue due to popular demand. Initially, we have provided a number of RSS feeds for new library items, but more will follow. Click here to access them. If you have ideas for feeds you would like to have please let us know here.
- Keyword spell check : For keyword searches, a spellcheck option is now available. This offers corrected versions of misspelt search words as well as other similar words which might be helpful.
- Library programs, classes, tours etc can now be found and booked via the Library catalogue. Use the new Program search or use the Program Calendar.
