Summary A microfilmed selection of manuscript and rare printed items relating to Australian Aboriginal peoples held in the Mitchell and Dixson Libraries by the State Library of New South Wales. Many of the items relate to Aboriginal languages. There are extensive collections of some papers, for instance the papers of George Augustus Robinson and those of William Thomas. The selection includes James Bonwick's transcripts of records concerning missionary activities and Aboriginal people.
