Summary A story of despair and addiction to alcohol, marijuana and petrol sniffing, a story of government failure, a predatory paedophile unchecked by both white and black authorities, and communities dominated by cliques of violent Aboriginal men. According to these on-the-ground observers, a whole generation of Aboriginal children is at risk; the problem started by the people who sell petrol to get children started on petrol sniffing and then to induce them to have sex with them for it.
