This draft copy prepared for consultation and comment by stakeholders was developed based on the University of Melbourne's commitment to addressing Indigenous disadvantage and its commitment to Reconciliation. The framework also aims to improve the diversity of staffing and responsiveness to indigenous issues with a whole-of university approach to planning, resourcing and targeting of effort on indigenous employment.
