Notes This is of doubtful attribution ; it is more likely to be composed by Carulli based on "reminiscences" of themes of Paganini.

Originally published using these plates in 1828, but cover updated 1888 or later, and bearing the Ricordi blindstamp "11 15" (Nov. 1915).

Donated to the University of Melbourne by Paul McDermott’s widow, Betty McDermott ; copies are inscribed in ink: "Agostino Di Gilio / 62 Lygon St / Carlton 1916" ; Agostino (1895-1950) was also known as August (probably to distinguish him from his grandfather Agostino).
