Summary A collection of export watercolours from the late Qing period, probably 19th century, depicting costumes of the Chinese court. Comprises 12 original miniatures on rice paper, each contained within a blue silk ribbon frame measuring approx. 100 x 75 mm. and bound in silk-covered card.
Local note Ba SpC/BX copy is inscribed: Mabel Broinowski, 1930.
