Notes The "airs serieux" are for voice [S] and continuo ; the "airs a boire" (and the first "Vaudeville") are for unaccompanied voice(s) (SB, SS, B).
Not in RISM. Copy described appears to be the only one recorded.
The composer can be identified from at least three concordances: "Etre a table" in: Nouveau recueil de chansons choisies, tome septieme" (La Haye : J. Neaulme, 1736) as "Duo de Mr. de Blamont" ; and "Heureux oiseaux, vous chantés vos plaisirs" [without bass] and "La triste philosophie" in Mercure de France (October and November 1728 respectively).
The words of "Etre a table" are attributed by Neaulme to Tanevot ; the words of "Enfin le doux Printemps reparroit" are possibly by Pellegrin.
