Summary Documentary focuses on a call centre in Swansea, Wales. Nev WIlshire is a very hands on boss who makes it his business to know the ins and outs of the call centre workers' professional and private lives. The employees are mostly under 25 and are aspirational, funny and fashion obsessed. From target shooting competitions to a staff tennis tournament, there is always something going on.
