Captain of his Majesty's Ship the Thisbe, on a charge exhibited against him by Mr. Tho. Huchenson Wynter, Master of the said Ship, for false musters in several Instances on the said Ship's Books. With the Minute of the Board of Admiralty, and Captain Coffin's Memorial, Presented to the Lords of the Admiralty.
