GW, BSB-Ink, and IDL give commentator as Pseudo-Thomas de Aquino, identified in IDL as Thomas Waleys.
Eight-line poem on I5r. The first letters of each line spell the name "Conradus", i.e. Conradus Poseiaen (editor of the 2nd work.) Cf. GW.
Text surrounded by commentary on three sides.
