"Arranged by J. B. Waldeck" -- caption (page 2) ; this was one of the pseudonyms used by the publisher's son Joseph Benjamin Williams, who most often used the pseudonym of Florian Pascal. The identity of the composer of the original song is unclear.
Final unnumbered page has "Musical index to popular songs and ballads published by Joseph Williams, 11, Holborn Bars & 123, Cheapside."
