Summary The Town Planning Review of 1990 projected a vision for metropolitan Adelaide. It sought to place the notion of strategy, the basis of comprehensive town planning, squarely in the centre of legislation, administration and governance. This is covered in the final chapter, and how successful it has been is for the reader to judge.
