The book's images were prepared for printing by Ian Wright Creative, and seen through the press by Keith Stubley at Northend Creative Print Solutions before being bound by Patrick Roe and his team at the Fine Book Bindery"--Acknowledgments.
"Timed publication of this [work] through Richard's enormous artistic achievements so that it will coincide with his 80th birthday, during March 2016. ... 300 standard and 55 special copies of this book have been made; the specials are housed in a slipcase and include a signed etching of his workshop made by Richard for the book. All copies are bound in quarter cloth and a patterned paper devised by Richard, with a paper label"--Colophon.
Local note SpC/PRIV copy includes 2 copies of prospectus, and a card from the dinner at the opening exhibition.
