Summary A unique film based on the letters of Maryse Holder to a Canadian friend written on an extended vacation to Mexico. She was on a personal quest for love, sex and freedom and seems concerned, in about equal measure, with the pursuit of pleasure and the study of sexual politics. She goes through intense periods of promiscuity and self-examination. Although very much a personal project of Jackie Burroughs, this 'diary film' is the product of a collaboration between five people contributing ideas and criticism at each stage of the production.
Audience Note: Censorship rating: M. For mature audiences.
