Signatures F and G have missigned leaves, printed out of order.
Illustrated with woodcuts of coats of arms, and a table of the Knights of the Garter of 1681.
Copy has MS. annotation at foot of A1v: "Sir. Wm. D. was buried 12 Februar. 1685. in Shustoke Church near Coleshill Co. Warwick". Final leaf torn at head with slight loss of text.
