Summary This program asks the question, "Is it fair to censor public health messages to protect the community?" Although many new vaccines have been added to the schedule, we are told about their side effects. Often vaccines with fewer side-effects are not used - the whooping-cough vaccine in particular has a high failure rate. Health authorities have a moral obligation to compensate for these failures.
