Title Report of the committee of the Court of Common-Council, of the city of London, appointed the 22d day of February 1785, to examine the allegations of the memorial of Mr. John Raban, of Hatton-Street, London, respecting the coal and corn-meters offices: together with the calculations delivered by Mr. Raban to the committee, as entered on their proceedings: likewise, the observations on the said calculations presented to the committee by Mr. John Merry, the 8th day of April 1785.
