Australian Inventory of Chemical Substances



AICS is a database of more than 40,000 industrial chemicals that can be manufactured or imported (introduced) into Australia. The Inventory holds the chemical identity information and regulatory obligations associated with that chemical. It is maintained under the National Industrial Chemicals Notification and Assessment Scheme (NICNAS).
